Julio, you can look here for the list of corrections to the book:

http://www.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-0470481382,descCd-ERRATA.html

Note that the book was not written for vSphere 4.1 (it was released in 2009, before vSphere 4.1 was released), so keep that in mind as you read and study.

Good luck on your exam!

Hi Scott,

I am a current owner of the book, Mastering Vmware vSphere 4 and would like to take VCP4.1 Certification Examination.

I have noticed some incorrect references to the diagrams from the explained text.

Is there a complete list of correction to some of the pages in the books?

Thanks and regards,

Julio Marca

It will be available at the VMworld conference bookstore, and Amazon should start shipping about the same time. It's currently available for pre-order with Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders, etc.

Cover art hasn't yet been finalized, but I do agree--I'd like to see the final cover with the right text as soon as possible. Believe me, I'm pestering my publisher!

Small notice thou.
I'm looking at the frontpage image displayed in the american Amazon and it says "Mastering Vmware Infrastructure", without any number.

If it's not too late I would add the "4", or window-shoppers (not buying in a webshop that has the full title) might be confused in the future it it covers Vmware "4" or "5", or godforbid "3.5" :)
