I need a Virtualization Product Engineer to help take a new product to the next level, anyone know of individuals looking for full time work? Ideally 7 years of overall Product Engineering experience and 2 years of virtualization background. Solid understanding and discipline in the lifecycle development process. Driver Development experience - in particular USB a huge plus. Contact me (Susan Duenkel) at 315-422-2480 X223 if you are interested.

(Note from Scott: I edited this comment out to remove the obvious advertising for this particular person's company.)

Looks promising and worthwhile. Thanks for the details.

Form business perspective, I got some questions here:

1. What's VMware's plan to compete with MS Hyper-V and how would it maintain it's competitive advantage?
2. Would you please elaborate more about 64-bit kernel and how would affect guest VM binary translation?
3. Will the new release support Infiniband interconnect?
4. Is there any anticipated release date?

Nice notes, some very nice features being included, looks like a lot of catching up for competitors. Thanks!
