Aggregation in and of itself is not a bad thing…just when content isn’t appropriately attributed. When properly attributed, it will draw traffic back the original blog, as it should.

I posted a comment over there to please stop using my posts or at least clearly state where the posts were coming from. Instead of other site, it used to say "contributor". I never contributed anything to them. After a back and forth with the site author a few changes were made but I noticed my content isn't there anymore.
