		<description>The new 3.0.3 version is excellent, even though it is a 'point' upgrade, I'd consider it a very nice enhancement to 3.0.2-U1...  

There are a host of fixed and new things but the biggest one for me (which admittedly I haven't tested yet) is the ability to handle Windows software RAID without having to break the mirrors first (some people back in the late 90's thought the crappy MS software raid was a high-availability sensible solution)...

Any news on what will be in v4 ??</description>

convert individual volumes on a single physical disk from the source physical machine to separate and independent virtual disks across different datastores

Hope this will be available in Converter 4 soon...</description>
