I found a workaround with the bookmark problem with qs and iTerm with an applescript, I hope they integrate this with the iterm plugin soon however!

iTerm is taking just over 8MB of RAM right now, compared with 6MB for standard Terminal.app. Doesn't seem too bad....have you tried a recent build? Apparently there's been a ton of improvements in recent versions.

Tried iTerm for a while and liked it. I abandoned due to large memory usage. Has this been fixed? I am really excited for the Leopard Term.app which supports tabs. Combined with screen, makes for a killer environment.
