I have been able to make a custom mask for vmotion between in intel 5335 quadcore and an intel 5420 quadcore which (according to the Virtual Center error message) have an SSE4.1 issue. Masking out the 12th ecx register bit on level 1 makes it possible to do a vmotion between the hosts. Apparently this 12th bit which used to be 'reserved' is now used for SSE4.1

I don't know if this is useful to you but it'll probably be useful to someone :)
