		<description>Thanks alot. Could not run dcpromo. Kept giving me an error. SoI tried this and it worked flawlessly. Right on...thanks. I never would have thought to run it from disk 2. Freakin Microsoft..always throwing curveballs at you.</description>

		<description>You need to run ADPrep from the 2nd Windows Server 2003 R2 CD.  It has the correct schema revision for Windows Server 2003 R2, which is different than the AD schema for &quot;regular&quot; Windows Server 2003.  This is a fairly well-known issue but has not been extensively noted and documented on the web.</description>
