No, I didn't.  I think the fault lies squarely with VersaMail.  Since that time, I've switched away from Exchange Server to an open source IMAP server, and the problem still persists.  Worse--in fact, when I delete from VersaMail, then empty the trash (telling it to also delete from the server), then resynchronize the server folders, the messages I just deleted reappear again!  It's crazy.  I do believe that VersaMail's IMAP support is a bit rudimentary.</description>
